i wanted to share some of my current thoughts, the keywords are in the title, i think i may need to define them
Doubt: I think doubt is essential to growth, eradicating doubt results in stagnation and goes against our main purpose of life and the purpose of the universe, which is expansion. It's impossible to be 100% sure about something, if you think you are then it means you aren't aware of that 0.1%, what is also called blind faith.
Influence: Influence is also essential to expansion, coupled with "doubt" it allows us to unlearn and relearn, to evolve and to redefine ourselves, which brings us to the next keyword: Individuality.
Individuality is everything that makes you unique, it is a border that can be expanded, this doesn't change the fact that all is one, but even though this is true, it is also true that physically, mentally and even spiritually, there is a momentary separation, and our goal is to soften those boundaries, to soften the ego so it isn't like a rock but rather like water. A good analogy is comparing a city, a country and a continent, all is one but each is also separate, which brings us to the next keyword: duality.
Duality, or what can also be called polarity, is the binary basis of the universe, one of the requirements for expansion is integrating polarities, accepting that there can be more than one truth. Imagine a circle, inside a circle, inside another circle, each circle represents a truth that we are or aren't aware of. And there is always a higher truth.
A good analogy is at the time of the prophet of islam, people asked him for some knowledge about the outer world, he said that whilst it is day in here, it is night in another place. They couldn't understand this, it was beyond their understanding of the world and they couldn't see that both can be true. Which brings us to the last keyword: "entities", now the general assumption is that these "entities" are the ultimate truth, and anything they share with you is absolute. While this is true, it is also true that they will only show you what you can handle. Here's an excellent video that explains this in detail:

This is important to know because you have to understand that these entities are expanding with you, they are learning from you as much as you are learning from them, they're here to assist your expansion. They will tell you the truth that you need to know in order for you to act on that truth. If they tell you about the future, it doesn't mean it is set in stone, time isn't linear and this universe has infinite timelines. So it is only a possible future, maybe accepting it and working to make the best out of it is your personal truth, maybe for someone else it's to change it. Essentially what i hope you can see, what I'd hope you at least try to see, is the nuance of the universe, the universe isn't just black & white, it is grey. And each person has a unique story and that greyness, and there isn't a universal story for all of us to live in.
Do not close yourself off humanity, do not think you hold the ultimate truth or all the truth, we each have a piece of the puzzle, do not see yourself as the good side, everything you see in the world is within you as well because the world is a mirror so that we can see ourselves better, if you can't see it, if you only see black and white, then you are acting the same way a cancer acts, excluding itself from the body and living in bubble.
